Overview
YAHveh wants us to know what it means to be “righteous.” It has become a religious term, but what does it mean to be righteous in YAHveh’s sight, who is the Righteous One? “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness…” (Matthew 5:6). Do you want righteousness? Do you even know what righteousness is in order to want it? Or is it enough to have that little comfort zone made by people and the prince of this world, who created a religious system that contends with the truth of YAHveh? Many sit smugly and complacently in their religious comfort zone, not really knowing what righteousness is. They are deceived to think that they are right with YAHveh when they are not, because they don’t know what pleases Him. Therefore, they are at odds with Him. There is no place to run but to YAHveh when harm and destruction are going to come upon this earth. We will not be welcomed into His presence if we are not walking according to His ways as is pleasing in His sight. “Behold, the hand of YAHveh is not so short that it cannot save; nor is His ear so dull that it cannot hear. But your iniquities have made a separation between you and YAHveh, and your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear” (Isaiah 59:1-2). So it is time to get all those things out of the way, because we are going to need an open channel between the Most High and we lowly, little, redeemed people who are truly redeemed, not just in our minds, but our names are written, engraved, inscribed in the Lamb’s Book of Life. We will never be blotted out because we love, seek, and serve Him with all of our hearts, knowing nothing short will do. Indeed, YAHveh is righteous and He loves righteousness. Let this devotional help you comprehend what it means to be righteous, learning to live holy to YAHveh.
