One of the biggest, most destructive poisonous lies that the Serpent hatched as a viper egg among Christians was that Jews are Christ-killers; so it came to be believed that Jews are eternally rejected by God.
Anti-Semitism is an ancient hostility toward the Jewish people and their God, Yahveh. In order to understand the essence of the hatred of and persistent warfare against Israel, a brief history of anti-Semitism is needed.
We are now watching the enemy making another violent strike to destroy the Jewish race. This is right before the last major move when Yahshua (Jesus) returns to destroy Israel’s enemies in the battle of Armageddon.
Messiah is our peace, who made both groups into one, and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall [of hostility] … that in Himself [by dying on the stake] He might make the two into “one new man” (Ephesians 2:14-15).
Redeemed Gentiles received a divine mandate to lovingly draw the Jews to their Messiah. "For if their rejection [of Messiah] be the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?"
Israel is a “thriving olive tree”, having originated with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. “If the root be holy, the branches are too.” Gentiles are to remember that it is not they who supports the root, but the root supports them.
If the wild olive is grafted into the cultivated olive tree, the cultivated olive will run to wildness. Paul was well aware of the risk of grafting the Gentiles into the holy olive tree because it was “contrary to nature.”
To truly love Yahveh, we must know what hurts Him. For almost two thousand years, Messiah’s blood has been trampled, as His brethren, the Jews, have been persecuted, tortured, and killed in the name of Jesus Christ.
In the centuries following Augustine and Constantine, the Jews were alienated from society, forced to live in ghettos, and massacred in diverse places. Anti-Jewish atrocities reached a pinnacle with the Crusades of 1096 C.E.
The fullness of the Savior’s glorious presence and His promised blessings have been blocked by Christianity’s sins of omission and commission with regard to the Jews. The hands of corporate Christendom are stained with blood.
The Devil is planning his final attack on Messiah’s Jewish brethren. The Almighty commands us not to keep silent, we are to give Him no rest as we cry out, “‘O Yahveh, save Thy people, The remnant of Israel.’”
Yahshua will stand on the Mount of Olives as the triumphant Commander in Chief of heaven’s army. At last the ancient Serpent and all his anti-Jewish venom will be crushed under the feet of the eternal King of the Jews.
It is through a humble repentant people that Messiah will pour out His tears, bathing Israel in a healing balm of compassion and love. These tears will be His remedy to cure the unfathomable wound in Jewish hearts.
