Open the Scroll of Truth

2 Peter 1:19

Opening Prayer

“You will receive Your due Yahshua, it is Yours Yahveh, it is Yours!

May no one touch Your glory, may no one rob it anymore!

Let no one hold it for themselves, may it go to You. You are the only One worthy!

Yahveh this is Your word and we praise You, it is a lamp unto our feet

And how we need this lamp to light our path in these dark hours.

Your word sanctifies and prepares us to walk as Yahshua walked in righteousness.

Your word sets us free to worship You in spirit and in truth. Your word is spirit and life

To all that find it.”

Teaching 

May the seals of the ancient scroll of Biblical truth begin to be opened to each one of us. Peter told us, “We would do well to pay attention to the prophet’s words because their words are as a light shinning in a dark place.” (2 Peter 1:19) They are a gift from Yahveh in these last hours and may they be magnified to our understanding.

 Yahveh wants to take us deeper and deeper into the river of His life. In Zechariah it says, “I lifted up my eyes again and looked, and behold, there was a flying scroll (A parchment that the ancient Hebrews would write the word of Yahveh on). And He said to me, “What do you see?” I answered, I see a flying scroll; it length 30 feet long and its width 15 feet.” (Zechariah 5:1-2) I believe we are at a point in history where the scroll, His word, is being magnified that we might understand Yahveh and have the light we need to escape the judgments that are coming on this world of unrighteousness.

“He said to me (Zechariah), This is the curse that is going forth over the face of the whole earth; surely everyone who steals will be purged away according to the writing on one side, and everyone who swears (falsely) will be purged away according to the writing on the other side.” (Zechariah 5:3) This means everyone who speaks falsehood, who speaks deception, who does not speak according to the word of Yahveh; everyone who speaks his or her own words and say, “Thus says the almighty.” They proclaim they are speaking as His ambassadors but they do not speak according to His truth.

“To the law and to the testimony, if you do not speak according to this word, (Yahveh’s word, His plumb line of truth,) there is no light of dawn in you.” (Isaiah 8:20) There is no light and you will grovel in darkness. WE NEED THE LIGHT! Yahveh will send the scroll (magnified 15 by 30 feet) out and “it will enter the house of the thief and the house of the one who swears falsely by My Name; and it will spend the night within that house and consume it with its timber and stones.” (Zechariah 3:4) There will be nothing left. He is going to judge the world in righteousness.

In the book of Amos Yahveh said, “What do you see, Amos?” And Amos said, “A plumb line.” Then Yahveh said, “Behold I am about to put a plumb line (His word) in the midst of My people Israel. I will spare them no longer.” (Amos 7:8) A day will come when Yahveh will arise, His cup of judgment will overflow upon the unrighteous and regardless of who we are, who we think we are, who we think He is, we will be judged. He is sovereign, He will judge us according to His plumb line of truth and we must know what that is and depart from all that is crooked and distorted. The robber and the thief, the enemy of our souls, comes to rob, steal and destroy. He has come to rob us of uncompromised truth and in doing so the big issue of the robber is: what have we then robbed Yahveh of?
