Prayer For Courage & Patient Endurance
“Who understands the power of Your anger and your fury, according to the fear that is due You?” (Psalm 90:11) “For a cup is in the hand of Yahveh (the LORD), and the wine foams; It is well mixed, and He pours out of this; Surely all the wicked of the earth must drain and drink down its dregs.” (Psalm 75:8) The cup of Yahveh’s wrath is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger. (Revelation 14:10) and righteous indignation over the pride, arrogance, rebellion, and literal blasphemy of all who despise Him and His holy Commandments. His sovereign righteous indignation is foaming and soon to overflow its brim against the inhabitants of the earth who are in rebellion and at war against His sovereign holy rulership—of the very world and its inhabitants who He created for His glory.
A mighty angel will cry out at the end of the age, "Fear Yahveh God, and give Him glory, because the hour of His judgment has come; worship Him who made the heaven and the earth and sea and springs of waters." (Revelation 14:7)
There is a major intense cord in Yahveh’s (the LORD’s) heart regarding the perseverance that will be required for those who are His. The dragon will make war with all “who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Yahshua (Jesus).” (Revelation 12:17) It is both the testimony of Yahshua and keeping the commandments. Many will be judged by the Almighty Lawgiver for not keeping His Commandments and the faithful remnant will have to endure “the beast” because they do keep His Commandments. Great perseverance will be required for the saints who hold to the commandments of Yahveh and their testimony of Yahshua (Jesus), it will not be required for the globally religious who take “the mark of the beast” and who give in to the one world religion. (Revelation 13:16-17)
"And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death. "For this reason, rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them. Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has only a short time." (Revelation 12:11-12) So heaven is rejoicing because of the saints that are overcoming but woe to the earth because the devil has come down in great wrath.
Those who are victorious over the beast and his image will sing the song of Moses, the bond-servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, “Great and marvelous are Your works, O Yahveh God, the Almighty; Righteous and true are Your ways, King of the nations! “Who will not fear, O Yahveh, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy; For all the nations will come and worship before You, For Your righteous acts have been revealed.” (Revelation 15:2-4)
Prayer
Father in heaven, I am humbled in Your sight and I ask for the gift of more and more conviction of my sins and the magnification of Your holiness, for without it I will never see You. In the book of Revelation, You speak of the difficult times that are coming in the end days and that it would require great endurance and perseverance on the part of the remnant who do Your Commandments and hold to the testimony of Yahshua (Jesus). As a humble child and member of Your body, I too, will suffer persecution for doing Your will. Please give me the courage and patient endurance I will need. I also ask that You will strengthen and fortify my faith to endure victoriously to the end.
Thank You for magnifying truth to me and for the gift of conviction it brought, which allowed me to come boldly and humbly to Your throne of grace. There I received mercy, forgiveness, and the cleansing of my sins that were removed as far as the east is from the west and will no longer be remembered. I pray to become more and more set on dying to my flesh and working out my salvation with fear and trembling. I want to put into action the very things that Your Spirit is teaching me as You grow me up to bear the identity and image of Your Son, Yahshua (Jesus), my beloved Lamb.
I pray that by Your Spirit, I will die to my carnal nature so You can speak through me to others. Forgive me, Yahveh (LORD), for the wrong ways I have used my mouth. Your word tells me I will overcome Satan by the blood of the Lamb, the word of my testimony, and by not loving my life so much as to shrink back from death. Help me, by Your Spirit, to fearlessly speak Your words and not to be a coward and shrink back. I want to uphold the precious blood of my Lamb, and overcome the flesh, the world, and all of my enemy’s strategies. In Yahshua’s (Jesus’s) name, Amen.
