Come Out of the World

Come Out of the World

2 Corinthians 6:17

Yahveh the Most High is continually crying out for His children to come out of the world and be separate and holy. (see 2 Corinthians 6:17) He gave His Son (Yahshua/Jesus) to die on the stake at Calvary to cleanse you of your sins and to purchase you with His precious blood. This is the unfathomable price He willingly paid to give you eternal life and deliverance from the powers of darkness and deception that rule this world system.

True “born again” believers can no longer be halfhearted lip servers who cater to the flesh’s cravings and longings for the things of this world. His Holy Spirit warns, “Do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward the Almighty? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of Yahveh (God)” (John 3:3, Matthew 15:8, James 4:4). “Do not love the world, nor the things in the world…the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but it is from the world. The world is passing away, and also its lusts; but the one who does the will of God lives forever” (1 John 2:15-17).

The love and indulgence of self is an enemy to the love and service of Yahveh, the Most High God. The enemy comes to deceive the inhabitants of the earth. (see Revelation 12:9) Your heavenly Father loves you and is trying to get your undivided attention, wholehearted devotion, and love filled obedience, lest you be ensnared in the world and suffer its coming judgments. Hear His heartbeat: open your ears, wake up, sleeper, now is the day of salvation. (see Ephesians 5:14; 2 Corinthians 6:2)

Humble yourselves in the sight of Yahveh (the LORD). Our righteous King longs to bring you to a place of godly sorrow that leads to true repentance. He is faithful and just to cleanse and consecrate your repentant heart with the precious blood of His Son. Judgment is coming upon all who walk according to the flesh and live to satisfy their selfish desires and self-justified, prideful, stubborn, and often rebellious ways.

We must find out what pleases the Almighty (see Ephesians 5:10) and do it. Scriptures clearly state with certainty that no immoral, impure, covetous person who is an idolater, swindler, thief, or cowardly, or one who practices magic arts or loves and practices falsehood will inherit the kingdom of God. (1 Corinthians 6:9; Revelation 21:8; 22:15) May the fire of Yahveh God’s eternal Presence bring conviction, compelling us to “lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us so that we can run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking only at Yahshua (Jesus), the originator and perfecter of the faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” (Hebrews 12:1-2).
