“Yahveh Knows Who Are His”
2 Timothy 2:19
Yahveh (the Lord) wants men and women from every nation and race worldwide who don’t want any form, tradition, or semblance of religion, but want a passionate, intimate, and personal relationship with Him, the Most High Creator of heaven and earth. Through His Son Yahshua (Jesus) we have been given the utmost, ultimate, and only provision by which we can have that relationship with the Father.
Praise be to Yahveh! The truth will set many people free in these last days so that we can flee from the destruction that is to come and run into the presence of the Most High. Without holiness, without sanctification, without a blameless walk before He who is holy, we will never see Him (see Hebrews 12:14). We can go through a form of religion, we can become preachers, teachers, or the most pious, sanctimonious people in the whole world, but we will still not have a true relationship with the living Creator of heaven and earth. We will be deceived and we will deceive others, but we cannot deceive Him, for “Yahveh knows those who are His” (2 Timothy 2:19).
The Almighty will rescue and save from judgment and wrath those who are truly His—those who have left this world, with its cares, love, lusts, and desires, and have confessed their sins because they know they have fallen short of the glory and holiness of the Most High.
Turn your attention, dear reader, from this world, your daily tasks, your preoccupations that hold you bound to this earth, and look heavenward. Look to the One who created you. Yahveh is His name. The sounding of the shofar (trumpet) is getting louder and louder from His throne room in heaven, so we little earthlings who know and love Him can hear, “This is the time to look up” (Luke 21:28). This is the time to get our hearts right with Him. This is the time to be prepared.
