To Seek and Save the Lost
How often do you turn up your nose at someone? How often do you judge before you allow the love of Yahshua (Jesus) to even let you know how much He wants to touch the soul He puts in your path? How often is His love blocked through you because you are not willing to touch that which personally repulses you? Our Savior has come “to seek and to save the lost.” (Luke 19:10) He has come for the sick. He has come for the demon-possessed. He has come for the blind, the deaf, and the spiritually dead. That is His love. You will never know the Messiah in His fullest until you allow that love, that saved you from eternal destruction, to be magnified in and through you that others might live. This is the highest call we have because it is the call to never “boast, except in the cross of our Master Yahshua Messiah (Lord Jesus Christ), through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.” (Galatians 6:14) We are to allow Yahshua to have sovereign rulership and control over our lives that are redeemed to be used for holy and noble purposes for the glory of Yahveh the Father and for the salvation of souls.
As Apostle Paul says, “We are to become fools for Messiah’s sake.” (see 1 Corinthians 4:10) We are to be ambassadors of reconciliation who go forth with the great commission of making disciples of all people, teaching them to walk in holiness out of obedience to Yahshua’s (Jesus’s) commands. "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (Matthew 28:19-20)
Paul also says, “The Lord’s bond-servant must not be quarrelsome, but be kind to all, able to teach, patient when wronged, with gentleness correcting those who are in opposition, if perhaps Yahveh God may grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth, and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, having been held captive by him to do his will.” (2 Timothy 2:24-26)
Have you opened your mouth and become a fool for Messiah’s sake? Have you held out the word of truth to this dark and perverse generation? Have you gently instructed them? Have you brought them the knowledge that we are in the end days and only those cleansed in the righteous blood of Yahshua (Jesus) will be saved? The call begins with your family members, the people who are part of your daily life, those who you meet in the highways and byways and feel a nudge from the Holy Spirit that you are to talk to.
The great commission is for each of Yahveh’s (the Lord’s) “born again” children and it is not, as many think for a specialized few gifted evangelists, preachers, and teachers. (John 3:3) If that were the case the good news of Yahshua (Jesus) would never have reached the whole world to the degree it has. "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest." (Matthew 9:37-38) “The one who is not with Me is against Me; and the one who does not gather with Me scatters.” (Matthew 12:30) Pray that you are truly gathering with Yahshua (Jesus) by His Spirit lest you have a double-minded standard with your heart lusting after the things of the world but wanting to do a good work and bring the gospel to others. That double-minded hypocrisy is going to become a work of the flesh and it will be a stench in the nostrils of the great King. It will also be a stench to those who hear it because they will sense the hypocrisy of your life and only see your flesh that blocks the real manifestation of the Savior and His light, truth, love and the narrowness of the path that is required to walk on. Our sinless Messiah said, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.” (John 14:6) His way is narrow and “only a few find it.” (Matthew 7:14)
The great apostasy is not coming but has been here and is getting more and more fanned into flames by the breath of preachers who are not preaching the true gospel or the true Yahshua (Jesus). (2 Corinthians 11:4) They are bringing many sheep into a" “broad path” “calling good evil and evil good.” (Matthew 7:13, Isaiah 5:20) They are not preaching the narrow path of righteousness for Yahshua’s (Jesus's) name’s sake. They are blind guides who “travel around on sea and land to make one proselyte; and when he becomes one, [they] make him twice as much a son of hell as [themselves]. (Matthew 23:15) They are preaching the truth through defiled lips and uncircumcised, unconsecrated, worldly hearts that have “friendship with the world” and have made themselves an enemy and a hypocrite in the sight of Yahveh God who says, "Be holy, because I am holy" (James 4:4, 1 Peter 1:16).
Pray that you will gather and co-labor with Yahshua (Jesus) “as long as it is day; night is coming when no one can work.” (John 9:4)
